For rapidly and effectively blending plastic granular materials - pellet with masterbatch and regrind and other types of powder substances. The stainless steel contructed mixing bowl, lid, rotor and discharge chute ensures easy cleaning when changing colors. The rotor is driven by a Japanese geared motor and is removable during the cleaning process. The cast iron base is mounted on 4 castors and for added safety there is a solenoid operated safety switch fitted to the lid which is controlled by the cycle timer. An extra feature is a baffle which is fixed to the lid that helps to speed up the mixing process. Rotorspeed is 95 rpm. Four castors fixed to the base allow the Mixer to be wheeled to a selected position. A combination of rotor design, speed of rotation and a baffle reducts the mixing time by practically 30-50% when compared with other makes of blender. Quiet in operation, easy to use and quick to clean between colours. Materials loading and discharging could not be simpler. Specifications:
